First, try restarting the game and check the submission status again. If the look hasn’t been submitted but the challenge is still active, please attempt to resubmit it. Your balance won’t be charged again when using the same outfit.
Please note that even if you couldn’t submit a look for a challenge, any items purchased for it will remain in your wardrobe. You can use these items in another challenge (or the same one, if it is still active), and their value will contribute to your Glamour Points.
