We suggest you link your game account to Apple ID/Facebook/Google (on iOS devices) and Facebook/Google account (on Android devices) to save your game progress. This allows you to synchronize your game progress on different devices.
If your progress is gone, just log into your account using your credentials. To login to your account go to the Account Section and choose the account you used for saving your progress.
