Once you've selected your general mood, you can narrow it down further by selecting specific emotions you’re experiencing. For example:
- Happy might also make you feel Grateful or Energized.
- Anxious could be accompanied by feelings like Stressed or Uneasy.
This step helps you break down the complexity of your feelings and get a more accurate reflection of your emotional state.
Step 3: Add the Place & People (Optional)
To help you understand the context of your emotions, you have the option to record where you are and who you’re with. This can provide valuable insight into how your surroundings or social interactions influence your mood. You can add:

- People (e.g., friends, family, colleagues)
This step is completely optional—if you don’t feel like adding this information, you can skip it!
